摘  要:目的分析儿童泌尿系畸形的超声影像特点,探讨儿童泌尿系超声检查方法。方法回顾分析2 260例儿童泌尿系超声检查与随访结果。结果超声检查发现肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻18例,重复肾5例,马蹄肾3例,婴儿型多囊肾1例,输尿管囊肿3例,膀胱输尿管连接处狭窄3例,膀胱输尿管反流1例,后尿道瓣膜1例,孤立肾2例,肾发育不全2例,多房性肾囊性变2例,重复膀胱1例,肾盂充盈49例。结论儿童泌尿系畸形有特异性超声表现,高频彩色多普勒超声是儿童泌尿系检查的重要方法,超声适宜作为泌尿系疾病检查与随访手段。Objective To analysis the ultrasonic features of urinary system malformation in children and to discuss the methods of pediatric urological ultrasonography. Methods The ultrasonic urinary tract data of 2 260 children were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 18 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction,5 cases of renal duplication,3 cases of fused kidney, 1 case of infantile polycystic kidney, 3 cases of ureterocele, 3 cases of ureterovesical junction obstruction, 1 vesicoureteral reflux, 1 posterior urethral valve,2 cases of solitary kidney,2 cases of renal hypoplasia, 2 cases of multicystic dysplasia kidney, 1 case of bladder duplication. 49 cases of renal pelvic fullness. Conclusions Urinary system malformation in children has specific ultrasonic features. High frequency color Doppler ultasonography is one of the main methods of pediatric urinary system examination, ultrasonography has the advantages in screening and follow-up of urinary system diseases.
