草木犀流浸液片治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察草木犀流浸液片(消脱止—M)对腰椎间盘突出症在门诊保守治疗中的临床应用疗效。方法采用单纯口服草木犀流浸液片治疗腰椎间盘突出症90例,观察临床疗效,并与甘露醇结合地塞米松治疗进行对照。结果一个疗程后,总有效率达88.89%(80/90),效果显著52.22%(47/90),见效快,服药期间未发现不良反应,治疗效果与甘露醇结合地塞米松治疗效果相当。结论结果表明,草木犀流浸液片治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效明显,值得在门诊保守治疗中使用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Setus-M in conservative treatment of the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion for out-patients.Method To observe the clinical effects of Setus-M which are taken orally to treat the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in 90 cases.The control group were given mannitol and dexamethasone intravenously guttae.Results After a course of treatment,the total effectiveness is 88.89%（80/90）,and the obvious effectivenss 52.22%（47/90）.No adverse reaction was found during the treatment.And there was no obvious difference between Setus-M and control group in treatment effectiveness.Conclusion The clinical application of Setus-M shows that the medicine has obvious effect on the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Hence,it is worthy to be generalized in the conservative treatment of the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion for out-patients.
