摘　　要：护理工作流程直接影响患者的治疗效果及其对医疗服务的满意度,住院患者信息实时发布系统有效地利用了现有的护理人力资源,提高了服务质量,使护患关系更加和谐。The nursing service flowsheet directly affects the therapeutic efficacy and the medical treatment satisfaction of patient,the hospital patients′ real time information system efficiently utilizes the available nursing human resources,improves the quality of service and coordinates the nurse-patient relationship all the more.
