摘  要:采用透射电镜和扫描电镜技术对产后6~10d的健康及患急性子宫内膜炎的西门塔尔牛进行子宫内膜的超微结构观察,探讨了奶牛患子宫内膜炎时子宫内膜超微结构的变化特征。结果表明,子宫内膜炎病牛的子宫内膜局部严重脱落,甚至可见子宫肌层,表面附着组织碎片,可见较多球菌、杆菌附着;子宫内膜基质细胞破损、细胞器外溢,腺细胞线粒体肿胀,肥大细胞颗粒数量减少、有空泡形成,淋巴细胞粗面内质网扩张,巨噬细胞核空化、胞质内有较多吞噬体;对照组子宫内膜表面轻度破损,但整体内膜结构相对完整,MC颗粒较多、分布均匀。证实,牛患子宫内膜炎时子宫内膜的细胞呈现缺血、缺氧性变化,说明子宫局部血液循环障碍,氧及营养物质供应不足,子宫内膜的屏障作用降低,病原菌大量增殖导致子宫内膜炎。The healthy 6-10 days-old post-natal Simmental and Simmental suffering from acute purulent endometritis were selected as control group and experimental group,respectively.The endometrial ultrastructure was observed by transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope to investigate the ultrastructural variation of endometrium in endometritis cow.In the experimental group,the part of endometrium was desquamate severely,even tunica muscularis uteri was exposed,the surface was accreted by tissular fragment,coccobacteria and bacilus.Stroma cell was damaged,organelle flowed over.Mitochondrion swelled in glandular cell.The quantity of mast cell(MC) granule decreased and vacuolization.Rough endoplasmic reticulum expanded in lymphocyte,macrophage cavitation nuclei,and much phagosome was discovered in intracytoplasm.In the control group,the surface was lightly damaged,but the structure of endometrium was integrity,MC granule were homogeneous distribution.The results indicated that endometrial cell was ischemia and hypoxia in endometritis,which means the dysaemia in part of uterus is not well,resulting in deficiencies of oxygen and nutritive material when endometritis happened,it caused endometrial barrier damage,hypoimmunity,and excessive multiplication of pathogenic bacteria.
