摘　　要：结合发泡成型工艺,分析说明了传统的挤出发泡系统、串联挤出发泡系统的结构设计特点,介绍了动态成型设备和基于拉伸流变的高分子材料塑化运输设备在挤出发泡成型加工中的应用;对比分析了各种不同的挤出发泡系统在发泡成型工艺上的特点;同时提出了连续发泡成型对注气装置的要求。Combined with foaming processing technology,the structure characteristics of traditional extrusion foaming system,tandem extrusion foaming system were analyzed.The applications of dynamical processing system and the system for polymer plasticization and transportation based on extension rheology in extrusion foaming were introduced.The processing characteristics of different extrusion foaming systems were also comparatively analyzed.Meanwhile,the requirements for gas injection device in continuous foaming process were presented.
