英国金融产业集群对我国国际金融中心发展的借鉴意义

摘　　要：英国金融服务业的发展是金融产业集群现象的一个缩影,不仅提升了东道国的核心竞争力,而且也推动了区域经济和世界经济的发展。本文基于金融产业集群的视角通过对20世纪80年代以来英国金融产业集群的发展状况进行梳理,利用相关金融统计数据探讨了伦敦国际金融中心金融产业结构分布、金融业就业状况以及劳动生产率结构。借鉴英国金融产业集群的发展模式,在人力资本、金融法律监管改革和金融市场制度创新等方面对我国国际金融中心建设提出初步设想。The development of U. K. financial sector is the epitome of the financial industry cluster, which not only steps up the U.K. competition power, but also advances the development of region and world economy. Based on financial industry clusters, this paper analyzes the development of UK financial industry cluster and structure, financial service employment and labor productivity structure since the 1980＇s. According to the development pattern of London financial industry cluster, this paper suggests the elementary imagine of Shanghai International Financial Center in the human recourses, financial supervision and law reform and region finance innovation.
