摘　　要：调查了重庆和新加坡预制混凝土业的JIT(及时)生产技术现状。通过对35家企业的实地考查发现:所有被调查厂家的预制混凝土都是按订单量生产。而原材料有的是采用经济订货量(EOQ)采购,有的是采用JIT(及时)采购。这个研究说明预制混凝土业原材料采购是可以采用JIT(及时)模式的。The paper surveys the implementation status of JIT in the ready mixed concrete（RMC） industry in Chongqing and Singapore.After survey of 35 RMC suppliers,it shows that all the RMC suppliers surveyed are using demand pull system to manage RMC production.However,the study also shows that the raw materials can be purchased either using the JIT purchasing method or the traditional economic order quantity（EOQ）purchasing method.The study shows that JIT can be used in the raw material procurement patterns of RMC.
