摘 要:研究了某制药企业各车间生产废水的可生化性,评价了各车间废水对废水总量、COD排放量、难降解COD(CODNB)的贡献率,筛查了CODNB的主要来源。结果表明,香叶酯、虾青素、植酸酶、酮苷的单位产品(以每吨计,下同)废水产生量分别为125、420、27、266 t,单位产品COD排放量分别为1.5、13.3、0.6、11.3 t。香叶酯-4车间排出的废水可生化性最差,香叶酯-4、香叶酯-2和虾青素-3等车间的废水是该企业污水站处理出水中CODNB的主要来源,也是影响污水站出水水质的主要因素。Biodegradability of wastewater from different processing workshops in a pharmaceutical enterprise was studied,based on which the devotion of each processing workshops to the discharged volume,COD and non-biodegradable COD(CODNB) was evaluated and the main contributors of CODNB were screened.Study showed that 125,420,27 and 266 t of wastewater was discharged respectively for production of per unit of geranyl,astaxanthin,phytase and ketoside,and the corresponding discharged COD was 1.5,13.3,0.6 and 11.3 t.Wastewater from the processing workshop of geranyl-4 was of the most refractory,while wastewater from the processing workshop of astaxanthin-4 was the most biodegradable one.CODNB in the effluent of the wastewater treatment plant was primarily attributed to wastewater from processing workshops of geranyl-2,geranyl-4,astaxanthin-4 and ketoside,which limited further improvement of the effluent quality.
