摘 要:通过对F6L912G型柴油机进行室内台架喷灰强化模拟试验,找出可靠度磨损量 耐磨可靠寿命(R W t)的解析关系,并建立了理想的数学模型。在确定出加速寿命试验的加速系数后,只要给定柴油机的可靠度、极限磨损量。The prediction and study of life time is an important part in application of reliability theory. By the simulating test of spraying dust for the F6L912G diesel engine on the platform in our laboratory, the analytic relationship among reliability, wear and wear resisting reliable life (R W t) is brought to light, and an ideal mathematical model is established. The wear resisting reliable life of the engine can be estimated, as soon as the acceleration coefficient is obtained from acceleration life test and the diesel reliability R and the limited wear W p are given. This paper is written based on the part of project 87J10106 (I034), “A Study on Reliability Evaluating Technology of the F6L912G Diesel Engine”, which is sponsored by the Foundation of Technology Development in Mechanical Industry.
