北部湾海鱼的复殖吸虫(独睾科一新种)

摘　　要：在北部湾(北海市)采集的四指马鲅肠内发现马鲅梭镖吸虫,新种,Hurleytremaeleutheronematissp.nov.,虫体大小(1.530～2.108)×(0.289～0.493)mm。前咽很长,0.204～0.289mm。睾丸1个,在体后13处,生殖孔开口在腹吸盘下。卵巢在睾丸前。卵(12～15)×(9～12)μm。The paper deals with a new species of the degenetic trematodes in 1998.The diagnoses of the new species are given briefly as follows: All meaurements are expressed in mm,The type specimens (Holotype 1, paratype 3) are deposited in the Department of Biology, Nankai University, Tianjin. Hurleytrema eleutheronematis sp.nov,(fig.1) Description:(based on 4 specimens) Body small,cuticle spinose ,1.53 2.108 long,0.289 0.493 wide.Oral sucker terminal,(0.085 0.119)×(0.085 0.102). Acetabulum 0.085 0.136 in diameter,Situated at anterior end of third of body. Prepharynx 0.204 0.289,pharynx(0.085 0.119)×(0.102 0.119),esophagus short, Ceca terminating near posterior extemity. Testes single ,Subglobular,(0.170 0.255)×(0.102 0.136), Situated at posterior of third of body. Seminal vesicle (0.085 0.255)×(0.034 0.119),is enclosed by cirrus ,Cirrus pouch (0.238 0.510)×(0.068 0.153), at near acetabulum.Genital pore on left margin of acetabulum. Ovary oval,in front of testes,(0.102 0.204)×(0.085 0.136), vitelline follicles extending from behind acetabulum to near posterior extemity. Uterus reaching to posterior end of body and occupying nost of hindbody.Terminal organ stick shaped,(0.204 0.459)×(0.068 0.153).Eggs (12 15)×(9 12) μm. Discussion:In this genus 3 species H.ovcaudatum Srivastav 1939.H.longitestis Bravo Hollis 1956 and H.hainanensis Shen,1990 have been known. this new species resembles to H.hainanensis Shen ,1990,but differ from it in:(1)shape of testes;(2)prepharynx longer ;(3)position of vitellaria;(4)size of eggs;(5)different host .
