保护地瓜蚜种群生长特性的研究

摘　　要：经多年研究表明，呼和浩特市郊区塑料大棚等保护地发生的瓜蚜主要由外界迁入，瓜蚜以卵在夏枯草、蒲公英、车前草、苦菜等野生植物上越冬。在室内自然变温条件下（１６ ．３２ ～２７ ．８６ ℃） ，瓜蚜发生１ 代需５ ．０４ ～１２ ．２７ｄ ，成蚜平均寿命５ ．８ ～１７ ．７ｄ ，平均产仔期４ ．１ ～１３ ．４ｄ ，平均产仔量２９ ．２ ～７０ ．８ 头，日均产仔量５ ．３ ～８ ．７ 头，潜在生殖力为１２０ 头，生长发育和繁殖的最适温度是２３ ℃。大棚内瓜蚜种群数量呈指数增长： Ｎｔ ＝ ０ ．１７４５ｅ０ ．７ ４ １ ４ ｔ（ｒ ＝ ０ ．９６７６  ） 。Several-year studies revealed that the melon aphid Aphis gossypii Gover occurring in plastic greenhouses originated mainly from outside and overwintered as eggs on its wild host plants such as Prunella vulgaris,Taraxacum platycarpum,Plantago asiatica and Sonchus oleraceus,etc ,In the range of 16.32 to 27.86℃in lab ,the melon aphid took 4.86 to 12.27 days to finish one generation with the average oviposition period of 4.1-13.4 days,daily fecundity of5.3～8.7 offspring every fecundity of 29.2 to 70.8 offsping latent fecundity of 120 offspring,optimum temperature for growth,development and reproduction of 23℃.The population dynamics of the melon aphid in plastic greenhouses accorded with exponential growth,the equation being N t=0.1745e 0.7414t (r=0.9676 ** ).
