摘　　要：本文从大国执政、一党执政、长期执政、全球化时代执政等四个方面分析了中国在深化政治体制改革进程中需要注意和解决的问题以及应对思路。认为中国的政治体制改革应该采取谨慎的渐进方式有序扎实推进,在维护政治权威的基础和前提下,逐步深入政治和社会领域的改革,扩大群众的民主参与,从制度和法治上限制和约束政治权力和行政权力,适应全球化时代的新形势,转变执政方式,提高执政能力。This paper analyzes,from four aspects,those problems that appear in the process of deepening Chinese political restructuring and ideas for addressing them.It holds that,Chinese political restructuring should be promoted orderly yet steadily in a gradual and sure way.Adhering to the Principle of maintaining political authority,we must deepen political restructuring and social reform,expand citizens＇ participation in political affairs,limit and constraint political and administrative power at the law and system level,adapt to the new situation of globalization,change the ruling way and strengthen governance capability.
