摘　　要：为克服单一铡草机、揉切机的缺点，同时兼顾其各自优势，开发研制了一种新型粗饲料加工机具——９ Ｌ Ｒ Ｚ８０ 型立式秸秆揉切机。该文详细介绍了机具的设计思想、结构原理、技术特征及其主要性能指标。试验研究结果表明，该机集传统的揉搓机和铡切机的功能为一体，具有生产率高、功耗低、性能稳定、安全可靠、物料适应性强和加工质量好等优点。To overcome the disadvantages of straw cutter and chopper and remain their advantages, quite a new type of straw roughage processing machine——9LRZ 80 Vertical Straw Rubbing and Cutting Machine was developed. Its designing principles, structure, function, technical specifications and performance of the machine were described in detail in this paper. Testing results showed that it combines the performance of cutter and chopper into one and has the advantages of high productivity, low energy consumption, stable working performance, safety, wide suitability of processing material and good processing quality.
