摘  要:研究了粉煤灰的资源化特性,提出了粉煤灰脱炭高值利用理论;利用脱炭粉煤灰和高效早强减水剂的“双掺”技术,进行了公路混凝土路面的修复技术研究;结果表明脱炭粉煤灰用于混凝土路面替代水泥量可达 20% ,较好地解决了公路路面工程中直接利用粉煤灰所存在的主要问题。The characteristics of fly ash as a resources were studied. The theory of separating carbon from fly ash and utilizing them was presented. The equipment of separating carbon from fly ash through high voltage and static field was produced. Using “double mixed” technology of separated carbon fly ash and decreasing aqua of highly effect and early strong, the renovation technologies of highway concrete pavement were studied. The separated carbon fly ash can highly improve the property of concrete pavement. And the quantity of fly ash replacing cement reaches 20%. The main problems of utilizing fly ash directly on pavement engineering were solved preferably.
