摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者的微血管并发症与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)之间的关系。方法选取我院住院的2型糖尿病患者50例,按其有无微血管并发症分为2组,无微血管并发症组20例,有微血管并发症组30例,另选同期30例健康人为正常对照组。使用QLAB超声定量技术测量各组双侧颈总动脉IMT值,并通过实验室检查检测各组临床指标空腹血糖,糖化血红蛋白。结果 2型糖尿病患者有微血管并发症组和无微血管并发症组IMT、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有微血管并发症组IMT值、空腹血糖较正常对照组增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无微血管并发症组IMT及各临床指标与正常对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大血管病变常与微血管病变相关联,使用QLAB超声定量技术检测颈动脉IMT能较早准确地反映糖尿病以及糖尿病合并微血管病变患者的颈动脉血管病变情况。To explore the relationship between microvascular complications and carotid arterial intima-media thickness (IMT) in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Fifty patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups according to microvascular complications: 20 cases in non-microvascular complications group and 30 cases in microvascular complications group, then 30 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group. Their IMT of common carotid artery was measured by QLAB uhrasonography, clinical indicators including FBG and HbAlc were measured. Results There was significant difference of IMT, FBG and HbA1c in two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) . IMT, FBG in microvascular complication group were higher than those in control group, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). While there was no significant difference between non - microvascular complications group and control group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion There are certain relationships between macrovascular and microvascular complications. Ultrasonic IMT quantification technology can be used to reflect the carotid vascular changes of diabetes and diabetes with microvascular complications early and accurately.
