摘　　要：目的探讨及时紧急救治、积极护理配合和心理护理在鼻衄患者治疗中的临床意义.方法对玉溪市第一人民医院耳鼻喉科2009年至2010年间收治的58例鼻衄患者及时采取止血、积极护理配合以及心理护理等救治措施.结果经医护人员的精心治疗与护理,58例鼻衄患者均痊愈出院,无并发症发生.结论除做好及时紧急救治和积极的护理配合外,做好鼻衄患者的心理护理,可达到事半功倍的效果.Objective To explore the clinical significance of emergency medical cure,positive and psychological nursing in treatment of patients with epistaxis.Method The data of 58 patients with epistaxis who hospitalized in the ENT department of the First People＇s Hospital of Yuxi City from 2009 to 2010 were collected and emergency medical cure,positive and psychological nursing were given to the patients.Result After careful medical treatment and care,58 patients with epistaxis were cured without complications.Conclusion Besides emergency medical cure and positive nursing,the psychological nursing is also important in the treatment of epistaxis.
