摘　　要：目的:评价血清甲状旁腺素在心力衰竭患者中的预测价值。方法:选择85例心力衰竭患者,根据心功能分级标准分为4组,分别测定血清甲状旁腺素及6min步行距离。观察甲状旁腺素水平与6min步行距离的相关性。结果:血清甲状旁腺素水平在不同心功能等级中具有差异性,并随心功能级别增加而增加;血清甲状旁腺素水平与6min步行距离呈负相关。结论:血清甲状旁腺素可作为心力衰竭的评估指标。Objective：To investigate the predict value of plasma parathyroid hormone in patients of congestive heart failure.Method：Eighty-five cases were divided into 4 groups according to heart function （NYHA）.Plasma parathyroid hormone and 6-minute walking test were measured in all patients.Result：The level of plasma parathyroid hormone were different in different groups.The more advanced level of the NYHA,the higher was the level of plasma parathyroid hormone.The negative correlation was found between the level of plasma parathyroid hormone and 6-minute walking test.The differences were significant.Conclusion：Plasma parathyroid hormone has a positive value in the diagnostic criteria of congestive heart failure.
