摘 要:以2年生单、双瓣茉莉扦插苗为材料,采用人工模拟低温的方法,初步研究不同温度梯度和低温处理时间对茉莉植株9个生理指标的影响,并利用隶属函数法对两栽培品种的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果显示,随着温度降低和胁迫时间延长,单、双瓣茉莉扦插苗受到低温胁迫伤害的程度逐渐加剧,且各低温胁迫8 d后的各项生理指标的变化较处理2 d和4 d更显著。即随着温度降低和胁迫时间延长,茉莉两个栽培品种的相对电导率逐渐增大,MDA含量增加;可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量均呈现缓慢增加的趋势,而脯氨酸含量则呈现双高峰的变化规律;双瓣茉莉SOD活性逐渐增大,而单瓣茉莉SOD活性先升后降,POD活性则在两个栽培品种中均逐渐升高;而根系活力和叶绿素含量则均逐渐下降。研究表明,在低温胁迫条件下,与单瓣茉莉相比,双瓣茉莉能大量积累小分子渗透调节物质,且具有较高的抗氧化酶活性,能更好地减轻自由基造成的伤害,从而表现出较强的抗寒性。Nine physiological and biochemical indexes of chilling tolerance under artificial low temperature were investigated in the 2-year-old cuttings of two cultivars of Jasminum sambac(single petal jasmine and double petal jasmine),and the cold resistance of the two cultivars was evaluated by subordinate function.The results showed that the responses to low temperature stress in two cultivars of jasmine intensified gradually with the decline of temperature and treatment period time.When treated by low temperature for 8 days,the changes of those physiological and biochemical indexes were more significant than those obtained from 2 days and 4 days.With the decline of temperature and treatment period time,the relative conductivity and MDA content were increased.Changes of three kinds of osmolyte in two cultivars showed that soluble protein and soluble sugar content of jasmines increased slowly,whereas the proline content displayed biphasic changes.As for the two kinds of antioxidant enzymes,the activity of SOD increased gradually in double petal jasmine,while firstly increased and then decreased in single petal jasmine.However,the activities of POD increased in both cultivars,while the root activities and chlorophyll contents decreased gradually.In conclusion,these results showed that in comparison with those of single petal jasmine,some small molecular osmolyte in double petal jasmine upon low temperature stress accumulated as well as the enhancement of the antioxidant enzymes activities,all of which suggest higher cold resistance of double petal jasmine.
