摘  要:我们在两个牛场观察的 974 个母牛情期中,有231 个情期使用了外源激素,占所观察母牛情期的 23.7% (其中前列腺素 152 次;促排卵素26 次;三合激素23 次;雌二醇 30 次)。根据奶孕酮监测结果,我们发现在注射前列腺素的母牛中,用药错误 33 次,占 21.7% ;在注射促排卵素的母牛中,用药错误 3 次,占 11.5% 。用药错误主要是因为直肠检查难以准确区分不同类型的卵巢功能异常(如无法辨别卵巢囊肿和黄体囊肿)。如果能在注射激素前,直肠检查的同时采一个奶样,现场用酶联免疫法测出孕酮浓度,则大多数不正确诊断可以避免,从而减少激素处理的误用。cows from two dairy farms were studied. Among them, 231 cows were used exogenous hormone for AI, which accounted for 23.7% of total cows(231/974). Among the 231 hormone treatment, there were 152 PG treatments; 26 LRH A 3 treatments; 23 combine steroid treatments; 30 estrodial treatments. According to the milk progesterone monitoring, 33 PG treatments 21.7%,33/152) and 3 LRH A 3 treatment(11.5%,3/26) were inappropriate. The causes of inappropriate hormone thereby mainly were misdiagnosis of different types of ovary dysfunction by rectal palpation(e.g. misjudgement of follicular cyst from luteal cyst). If farm technician could take a milk sample before hormone treatment at the time of rectal palpation and examine progesterone content in milk sample immediately by ELISA on field, most misdiagnoses would by avoid, thus the inappropriate and unnecessary hormone treatments would be reduced greatly. \ \
