家兔定时配种的研究

摘　　要：本文旨在研究不同的促排卵药物对家兔的促排卵效果，以及比较不同的定时配种方案的受胎效果，以确定一种在实际生产中具有应用价值的家兔定时配种程序。结果表明；以注射ＬＲＨ—Ａ２１５μｇ 后立即人工授精，为最佳定时配种方案，并且在实际生产中能够达到５０％ 以上的受胎率，理论计算也证明了这一点。Present study is about the effect of different ovluative agents on the ovluation in rabbit, and the comparison of effect with different fixed-time breeding programes, the aim is to determine a procedure which can be used in the practical production of rabbits. Results showed:injecting 15μg LRH-A 2 and insemnation at the same time is a best fixed-time breeding programe, above 50% conception rate can be achieved in the practice, the caculation based on relative theroy testify the results.
