摘 要:选择丙烯酸树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂这3种胶黏剂来构成涂料型防滑表层体系,采用拉拔试验研究了涂料型防滑表层体系的界面强度,并采用水浸、油蚀和紫外光照射等方法分析了使用条件对涂料型防滑表层体系界面强度的影响.结果表明:涂料型防滑表层体系的界面强度随着养护龄期的增加而增大;丙烯酸树脂胶黏剂-防滑体系的抗热老化性较差,环氧树脂和聚氨酯树脂胶黏剂-防滑体系的抗热老化性能良好,水浸、油蚀作用会对胶黏剂-防滑体系界面产生不同程度的影响;环氧树脂胶黏剂-防滑体系适宜在沥青和水泥路面使用,丙烯酸树脂胶黏剂-防滑体系则更适用于沥青路面,聚氨酯树脂胶黏剂-防滑体系仅适用于水泥路面.Choosing acrylic resin, epoxy resin and polyurethane which consist of different bonder, the interracial strength of anti-skid dressing system was studied with coating through pull-out test, the influence of application conditions on anti-skid surface system was studied using water soaking, oil immersion and UV irradiation methods. It is suggested that:interracial strength of anti-skid surface dressing system in- creases with curing time; acrylic resin bonder-anti-skid system has poor anti-aging property, epoxy resin and polyurethane modified epoxy resin bonder-anti-skid system both have good anti-aging property, 3 kinds of bonder-anti-skid system have general water and oil resistance; epoxy resin bonder-anti-skid system can be used on both asphalt and cement pavement, acrylic resin bonder-anti-skid system can be better used on asphalt pavement, polyurethane modified epoxy resin bonder-anti-skid system can be only used on cement pavement.
