摘 要:基于中小型煤矿在生产中存在诸多危险因素,使得发生某些灾害成为可能,为减少中小型煤矿生产风险,在分析影响中小型煤矿生产安全因素的基础上,采用清晰集构造模糊集方法构造模糊一致性判断矩阵,并采用层次分析法计算指标权重,提出中小型煤矿生产安全模糊层次分析(FAHP)评价模型,对中小型煤矿生产安全进行量化研究。研究结果表明:该分析评价模型可用于实现中小型煤矿生产安全影响因素的重要度排序,具有较好的合理性和实用性,提高了中小型煤矿安全现状评价的客观性;对不同类型的中小型煤矿生产安全评价,煤矿安全生产管理部门可建立影响因素数据库;通过引入系数,对评价模型进行修正,使评价结果更加客观、合理。In order to reduce invest venture from safety production for small and medium coal mines,based on analysis factors influencing safety production in small and medium coal mines,a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process assessment model of safety production for small and medium coal mines was brought forward based on the fuzzy consistent deciding matrix using clear sets to construct a fuzzy set and index weight calculated by analytic hierarchy process.The results of safety production for small and medium coal mines reveal that safety production for small and medium coal mines can be distinguished from each other and it is a reliable and convenient method for decision makers,and the model developed is practicable and easy to apply.The model can enhance objectivity of safety engineering applications.To the safety assessment of different type’s small and medium scale coal mine productions,the coal mine safety production management department can use the model to establish the database of influencing factor.Using the inlet coefficient and amending the evaluation model can cause the measure results to be more objective and reasonable.
