摘 要:通过分析现有的复合衬砌计算模型,指出双层框架模型在复合衬砌结构受力分析时存在的不完善之处。为能反映外管片已发生的变形对管片与内衬二者相互作用的附加影响,提出一种新型的计算模型即实体叠合计算模型。针对实体单元建模,管片接头处理复杂的特点,提出一种模拟管片接头的简化模型;根据内、外衬砌接触界面处理方式的不同,建立了4种内、外层衬砌相互作用模型。利用上述模型对青草沙原水过江隧洞典型断面进行分析。研究结果表明:实体叠合模型计算所得的管片与内衬的内力、变形的变化规律与已有的实测数据规律相吻合,模型计算结果可为设计提供参考。By analyzing the existing models of double linings,some deficiencies in the mechanical analysis of the double-ring frame model were pointed out.In order to reflect the additional impact of the interaction between segment and secondary lining from the deformed segment,a new calculation model of double linings-solid composition model was proposed.When adopting solid element to simulate segments,joints are complex to simulate,and aimed at this characteristic,a new joint element—simplified joint model for solid element was proposed.Based on the different treatments between primary and second linings,four kinds of interaction model were established.These models were used to analyze the Qingcaosha river-cross water diversion shield tunnel.The results indicate that the vary principle of member force and deformation are coincident with the measured data of constructed water diversion shield tunnels.The results from this model can provide reference to design.
