摘 要:通过分析传统支护理论与实践存在的不足,提出湿喷混凝土在不良岩体巷道支护中的支撑作用、充填与隔离作用以及应力转化作用;根据具体的工程背景,应用Barton的Q岩体分级及支护方法,提出采用湿喷混凝土+树脂锚杆的支护方案。研究结果表明:该支护方案实现了对不良岩体巷道的有效支护;湿喷混凝土直接成本与干喷混凝土直接成本近似相等,相同材料的湿喷混凝土平均强度比干喷混凝的平均强度高45%~85%,实现了对不良岩体巷道的支护需要;湿喷混凝土+树脂锚杆支护技术可替代传统的干喷混凝土+钢网+锚杆工艺,对不良岩体的支护具有独特优势。Through analysising the shortcomings of traditional draft support theory and practice,the support,paste and isolation and stress transform actions of wet shotcrete for weak rock condition were put forward based on engineering background,and support method of shotcrete with resin bolt by applying Q system was put forward.The results show that the support method plan realizes effective support for weak ground tunnels,and cost comparison of wet shotcrete and dry shotcrete shows that the cost is nearly equal,but with the same material,intension of wet shotcrete can be 45%-85% higher than that of dry shotcrete averagely,which significantly strengthens support capacity and can meet the requirement of support on mess rock.Wet shotcrete + resin blot support method replaces traditional dry shotcrete + mesh + bolt support method,and this tunnel support method has unique advantage in supporting weak rockmass.
