丹参酮ⅡA联合辛伐他汀治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化病变的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用丹参酮ⅡA及辛伐他汀、利尿剂对下肢动脉硬化合并腹股沟淋巴结肿大及双下肢水肿患者的疗效。方法收集42例因下肢动脉粥样硬化所致淋巴结肿大及下肢水肿的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组为丹参酮ⅡA联合辛伐他汀及利尿剂治疗;对照组为辛伐他汀联合利尿剂治疗;疗程15天,评估各组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.24%,对照组总有效率为10.53%,两组有效率差异有显著性。结论丹参酮ⅡA联合辛伐他汀能更有效治疗下肢动脉粥样硬化合并腹股沟淋巴结肿大、双下肢水肿,且临床副作用少。Aim To investigate the curative effect of tanshinone ⅡA united with simvastatin and diuretic treating the legs atheromatosis with groin lymphadenectasis and oedema legs. Methods 42 patients which had lymphadenectasis and oedema caused by atherosclerosis were collected.The total patients were assigned to two groups.The treatment group was cured by tanshinone ⅡA united with simvastatin and diuretic;the control group was cured by simvastatin united with diuretic;the course of treatment was 15 days.Each group＇s curative effect was evaluated. Results The treatment group＇s total effective rate was 95.24%,the control group＇s total effective rate was 10.53%.The difference was notable. Conclusion Tanshinone ⅡA was more effective to preventing and treating atherosclerosis oedema legs,and the side effect was little.
