摘　　要：S114-2cx井是塔河油田一口老井开窗侧钻评价井。该井井眼小、开窗侧钻点深、开窗段地层可钻性差、侧钻增斜井段短、水平位移长,给开窗侧钻作业带来诸多困难。从深井套管开窗、侧钻施工、井眼轨迹控制、钻井液等方面摸索出了一系列技术措施,保证了S114-2cx井套管开窗侧钻作业的成功实施,也为其他地区深井套管开窗侧钻作业提供了经验。S114-2cx well is a sidetracked evaluation well in Tahe oilfield.The slim hole,deep sidetracking point,bad drillability,short build section and long horizontal hole bring much problems to sidetrack operation.This study has worked out a series of technical measures in the window cutting of deep cased well,sidetrack operation,track controlling and drill fluid to assurance the success of sidetrack operation in S114-2cx well and provide experience for window cutting of deep cased wells in other areas.
