摘　　要：目的评价罗红霉素缓释片治疗Ⅰ型慢性鼻窦炎的疗效及安全性。方法 366例Ⅰ型慢性鼻窦炎患者随机双盲分为两组:A组,186例,口服罗红霉素缓释片300 mg,每天1次;B组,180例,口服罗红霉素片300 mg,每天1次,作为对照。疗程8周。比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果 A、B两组有效率相仿(87.63%vs.86.11%);A组不良反应发生率显著低于B组(4.62%vs.13.46%)(P<0.01)。结论罗红霉素缓释片治疗Ⅰ型慢性鼻窦炎安全、有效。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of roxithromycin sustained-release tablet in the treatment of type 1 chronic sinusitis.Methods：A total of 366 patients with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into groups of A（186 cases,treated with roxithromycin sustainded-release tablet 300 mg per day for 8 weeks） and B（180 cases,treated with roxithromycin tablet 300 mg per day for 8 weeks as the control）.The efficacy and adverse effects were recorded and compared.Results：The effectiveness rate of group A was similar to that of group B（87.63% vs.86.11%）,but the incidence rate of adverse effect was lower in group A than that in group B （4.62% vs.13.46%）（P0.01）.Conclusion：Roxithromycin sustainded-release tablet is effective and safe for treating type 1 chronic sinusitis.
