摘 要:目的探讨近红外光谱(NIRS)分析法在鉴别周围神经运动束和感觉束的可行性。方法采集离体Beagle犬面神经的颞支、颧支、颊支、下颌缘支(均为运动神经)和颈丛皮神经(感觉神经)的漫反射近红外光谱,通过聚类分析法进行归类鉴别。结果面神经和颈丛皮神经的一、二阶导数光谱较为相近,不能直观进行鉴别;经聚类分析可以将两者归为两类,达到直观鉴别的目的 ,准确率90.0%。结论运动神经束和感觉神经束可以经NIRS技术结合聚类分析法快速区分。Objective:To investigate the feasibility of identifying motor and sensory fiber by near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) in combination with clustering analysis.Methods:Twenty facial motor nerves and 20 neck cutaneous sensory nerves were harvested from Beagle dogs,which were analyzed with NIRS in combination with clustering analysis.Results:The facial nerves and neck cutaneous nerves had quite similar first-derivative and second-derivative spectra of NIRS and were unable to be directly distinguished.The facial nerves and neck cutaneous nerves could be directly distinguished by clustering analysis with an accuracy rate of 90.0%.Conclusion:Motor nerves and sensory nerves can be identified quickly with NIRS in combination with clustering analysis.
