关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠与联合口服氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较膝关节腔内单纯注射玻璃酸纳与联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（OA）的疗效。方法将0A患者50例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组25例。观察组采用单纯膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠2．5ml，连续5周为1疗程，对照组除膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠2．5ml连续5周外，同时口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖连续12周，比较两组治疗后的骨关节炎活动性指数（Lequesne index）、视觉模拟评分（VAS）及6个月时的疗效。结果观察组治疗1个月时Lequesne指数和VAS评分组间无统计学差异（P〉0．05），观察组3个月时和6个月时Lequesne指数计分低于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组3个月时VAs评分低于对照组（P〈0．05），两组6个月时VAS评分无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。6个月时观察组显效率（80％）明显高于对照组（52％）（P〈0．05）。结论玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效优于单纯关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠。Objective To compare the effect of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and oral glucosamine with only sodium hyaluronate injection for knee osteoarthritis （OA）. Methods Fifty patients with OA were randomly divided into control group （25 cases） with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection for 5 weeks, and observation group （25 cases） with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection for 5 weeks combined with oral glucosamine for 12 weeks. The Lequesne index of the knee joint and VAS were evaluated in the two groups respectively. Results Between the two groups, the Lequesne index and VAS at 1 month after the treatment were no statistical difference （P^0.05）, Lequesne index and VAS in observation group at 3 month after the treatment were lower than that in control group（P^0. 05）, VAS in two groups at 6 month were no statistical difference （P〉0. 05）, lequesne index in observation group at 6 month were lower than that in control group. The rate of excellent effect were 80% and 52% in the observation and control groups respectively. Conclusion The effect of sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection and oral glucosamine is more effective, compared with only sodium hyaluronate intra-artieular injection, in treating the knee osteoarthritis.
