三氧重复注射联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注药治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用三氧重复注射联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的方法和疗效。方法将膝骨关节炎的患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组，各50例，治疗组在膝关节腔重复注射三氧加玻璃酸钠，对照组只注射玻璃酸钠。疗程结束后评定其疗效。结果两组治疗前在膝关节压痛、平地行走痛、静息痛、晨僵等症状体征方面评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两组治疗后在膝关节痛、平地行走痛、尤其在静息痛，晨僵等症状体征方面评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组近期疗效评价差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论三氧重复注射联合玻璃酸钠是治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法，较单纯注射玻璃酸钠的效果更佳。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of multiple injection ozone combined with hyaluronate injected into articular joint cavity on patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods One hundred patients with knee joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and con- trol group, 50 patients in each group. The therapeutic effect was evaluated after one treatment course. Results Before the treatment there was no significant difference in the integrals of tenderness, rest pain, walking pain and morning rigidity of the knee joints between the two groups （P〉0.05）. However, the integrals of tenderness and walking pain were significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Multiple injection ozone combined with hyaluronate injected intra-articularly is an effective method in treating osteoarthritis of knee joint, and more effective compared with only hyaluronate.
