摘　　要：本文综述星状神经节的解剖形状、变异及毗邻关系，介绍星状神经节的节前纤维的起源及节后纤维的分布，简述星状神经节的生理功能，为星状神经节阻滞提供依据。This article reviews the anatomical shape,variation and the adjacent relations of the stellate ganglion. The origin of preganglionic neurons and the distribution of postganglionic neurons are described. The physiological functions of steltate ganglion is outlined. This article will provide the theory bases for stellate ganglion nerve block.
