D^2型细胞质光敏雄性不育小麦的初步研究

摘　　要：通过春 季在田间 分期播 种，冬 季在 温室 中 不补 光种 植， 研究 了 具有 Ｄ２ 型 细胞 质（ 胞 质供体为粗 厚山羊草 Ａｅ ．ｃｒａｓｓａ） 的 Ｎｏｒｉｎ ２６ 异质 系在 呼 和浩 特自 然 光生 长条 件 下的 育 性表 现。 结果表明：（１） 不同播期 的 Ｎｏｒｉｎ ２６ 异质 系在田 间的不 育株 率均 达到 了１００ ％ ； 不育 性 在形 态上 表 现为雄蕊心皮 化。（２） 三 个播期 的自交结 实率分 别为：３ 月 ２８ 日 播 种的 为 ４０８５ ％ （ 半不 育） ，４ 月 ７ 日播种的 为１８７２ ％ （ 高 不 育） ，４ 月 １７ 日 播 种的 为 ０ （ 全 不 育） 。（ ３） 冬 季 不 补 光 种 植 在 温 室 中 的 Ｎｏｒｉｎ ２６ 异 质系的 育性及自 交结实均 表现正 常。The fertility of Japanese common wheat cultivar Norin 26 and its alloplasmic line with Ae.crassa cytoplasm was studied at different sowing stages in spring season under the condition of normal light period and in greenhouse with no light supplement in winter season in Huhhot.The results indicated that: (1) The rate of sterile plant of alloplasmic line of Norin 26 was 100% in all the different sowing stages.The male sterility was expressed as pistillody of stamens in form. (2) The seed setting percentages in bagged spike were 40.85% (half male sterile) at first sowing (28/3),18.72% (Highly male sterile) at second sowing (7/4) and 0 (completely male sterile) at the third sowing (17/4),respectively. (3) The fertility of both Norin 26 and its alloplasmic line was normal in greenhouse with no light supplement in winter season.
