温度和pH值对节丛孢属食线虫真菌生长的影响观察

摘　　要：对ｐ Ｈ 值和温 度对节丛 孢属食线 虫真 菌生 长的 影 响进 行了 观 测。结 果 表明， 节丛 孢 属食线虫真 菌在ｐ Ｈ５０ ～８ ０ 之 间均 能够 生长， 但 ｐ Ｈ６０ ～６５ 时，生 长最 佳； 真菌 在１０ ～３０ ℃ 时 均能生长，５ ℃和３５ ℃时则 基本上 停止生长 。真菌在 ２０ ～２５ ℃时，生 长最佳 。Experiments were conducted to observe the effects of pH value and temperature on the growth of nematophagous fungi(Arthrobotrys spp.).Results indicated that the fungi could grow in the medium with pH5.0～8 .0 and 10～30℃,and the optimal conditions for fungi growth was pH 6.0～6 5 and 20～25℃.
