摘　　要：提出了底部两层框架－抗震墙砖房中薄弱层的判别方法，对该类结构体系震害预测的具体方法进行了探讨，并将此震害预测方法应用于工程实例中。In order to predict the damage state of multi-story brick buildings with two frame-shear wall supported stories under seldomly occurred earthquake, the authors present the method of how to search the weak story of the building, and how to predict seismic damage for the structural system. The method is also used in the seismic damage prediction of a practical engieering.
