脱硫型无水石膏粉煤灰胶结材与砌块研究

摘　　要：脱硫石膏是火电厂烟气脱硫产生的固体废物。将其级烧成无水石膏，采用粉煤灰等无机活性材料残性，可配制出强度与耐水性明显优于普通建筑石膏的粉煤灰改性脱硫无水石膏胶结材，是脱硫石膏的有效利用。本文介绍这种胶结材的配制原理适宜的养护方式、性能以及该胶结材试制砌块的情况。Desulphogypsum is a solid waste material from smoke desulfuration of powerplant. The desulphoanhydrite binder modified by flyash, made by calining into anhydrite, modifying by inorganic, such as fly ash, has much better properities in strength and water-resistance than ordinary gypsum-products. It is an effective way of using desulphogypsum. This paper introduces the making principle, curing way, properities of the new binder and block manufacture.
