摘　　要：总结了甲状腺癌围手术期的护理措施及效果。包括心理评估护理、术前准备、术后严密观察病情,切口引流管的观察及护理、呼吸道护理及术后并发症的观察。认为系统全面的护理措施能有效帮助患者渡过危险期,并能减少并发症、提高治愈率。To review the measures and effects of nursing during peroperative period of thyroid cancer. Psychological assessment and nursing,preoperative preparation,close observation of illness state,care of incision and drainage tube,airwall nursing and prevention of postoperative complications are all included.Therefore systemic nursing interventions can help patients to go through the crisis,decrease the complication and boost the recovery rate.
