摘 要:目的对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施量化健康教育模式的效果观察。方法将60例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,实验组对患者进行健康评估以后制定个性化的健康教育表,护理人员对患者定时、定量、循序渐进地进行健康教育。对照组采用常规的健康教育法。两组患者分别于入院、出院、出院六个月采用自行设计量表进行评价分析比较。结果实验组在出院和出院六个月时血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、呼吸功能锻炼、生活自理能力、对疾病的掌握程度都明显优于对照组。结论量化健康教育可以提高老年患者的生存质量,减少并发症,是一种较好的健康教育方法。Objective: To observe the Effect of quantitative health education pattern implemented in aged patients of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods Sixty aged patients of COPD were randomized into two groups:the control group and the experiment group, 30 cases of each. The research team made health assessments for the patients from experiment group and designed personalized health education plans,based on which the health education were conducted to patients by the paramedics with fixed time and fixed quantity. Following the principle of gradual improvement. Meanwhile the control group were given the regular health education. Results The effects of each group were evaluated with self-designed scale in the month of admission, discharge and three months later after the discharge. Conclusions The experiment group showed a obvious higher records on their oxygen saturation level, arterial partial pressure.
