摘　　要：分析河北省４５ 年的火灾和气象资料得知，河北省火灾发生的次数与相对湿度、降雨日数、气温成反比，与雷击次数、风速成正比。气象要素是重大火灾发生的主要环境因素。The city conflagration generated in Hebei province is directly related to relative humidity,rainy days and temperature,and opposite to thunderstroke numbers and wind velocity by means of fire and wather data analysis in 48 years.Meteorological elements are major environmental factors which caused vital conflagration.The grading forecast system of city conflagration was established according the relationship between fire and weather elements.
