重庆区域本科高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务比较分析

摘　　要：目前,数字参考咨询服务业已得到不断推广和迅速发展。为此,结合重庆区域本科高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务发展现状,对数字参考咨询服务标识、链接层次、电子资源、培训服务、信息导航、非实时型咨询、实时型咨询以及馆员推介等调查分析,在案例分析的基础上,指出从完善CDISS机制及特色服务、引进新技术、加强咨询馆员队伍建设及加强用户研究等几方面建立健全重庆区域高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务发展长效机制。At present,digital reference services have been continuing efforts to promote and develop rapidly.The author makes a survey on the developing status of digital reference services in Chongqing Regional Undergraduate Library from such aspects as the logo,link level,electronic resources,training services,information navigation,non real-time reference services,real-time reference services and librarian promotion,and argues that in order to perfect the long-term mechanism of DRS of the Chongqing Regional Undergraduate Library,the CDISS and special services should be improved,new technology should be applied,the abilities of reference librarians should be promoted and the user study should be attached more attention to.
