文化共享工程县级支中心持续发展问题探讨——以富阳市支中心为例

摘　　要：文化信息资源共享工程县级支中心建成以后,存在专业技术人员缺乏、后续经费不足、读者活动不持续、地方特色文化资源建设乏力等问题,应主动争取上级主管部门支持,保证专业技术人员到岗到位,加强横向联合,开展多种形式的阅读活动,加强地方特色资源数据库建设,共享党员远程教育资源,使文化信息资源共享工程县级支中心持续发展。After the establishment of county-level branch center of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project,there exist some problems such as shortage of technicians,lack of support funds,vapidity of user activities,weakness in local cultural resources construction.So in order to make the branch centers develop sustainably,the county-level branch centers should try to get the support from the upper administration,ensure the positions of technicians,strengthen the lateral cooperation,hold diversified activities,pay more attentions to the database construction of cultural resources as well as share with Distance Education Net for Rural Party Members and Carders
