摘  要:红外辐射源标是红外系统性能测试的重要设备。根据红外相机外场测试对大辐射面和辐射温度范围宽的辐射源标需求,设计了辐射面达到1m2的新型红外辐射源标的温控系统,实现了辐射面的多点、大范围、高精度温度测量与PID自动控制,及传感器、加热管和风机的故障自动检测与报警。温控系统通过RS232与计算机通信,实现了其应用的软件控制,并给出了辐射面温度稳定性、均匀性的测试方法及软件实现。测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,控温精度高,温度稳定性、均匀性好,系统采用软件和手动双操作方式,应用方便,满足了红外相机在不同大气条件下外场实验的需要。Infrared radiant target is the important equipment of performance test for infrared system. The temperature control system of infrared radiant target whose area was 1 m2 was designed in order to satisfy the demand of infrared camera outdoor test for large radiant area and temperature range. The system realized high accuracy, large range multipoint temperature measurement and PID auto-control. The system also implemented auto-test and auto-alarm of malfunction for temperature sensor, heated pipe and fan. The temperature control system can be operated by soft through the RS232 connected to the computer. The test method and soft realization of temperature stability and uniformity for radiant surface were presented. The test results demonstrate that the system is convenient for use by manual or soft with high precision, reliability of temperature control and uniformity. It can satisfy the demand of outdoor experiments in different atmospheric conditions for infrared camera.
