摘　　要：总结了3例红斑性肢痛症患儿的护理,主要包括严密监测血压,预防高血压脑病;密切监测血小板计数,及时发现栓塞症状;发作时迅速降低患肢局部皮肤温度;预防和处理皮肤损伤和继发感染;避免诱因预防复发;加强健康教育和定期随访。本组3例治疗7～10d后好转出院,随访病情控制良好。This paper summarizes nursing experiences of three children with erythromelalgia. The key points in nursing care were closely monitoring blood pressure to prevent hypertension eneephalopathy,monitoring blood platelet count to detect syruptome of embolism,reducing local skin temperature on acute phase,preventing and treating skin injury and secondary infection, avoiding trigger factors to prevent relapse,strengthening health education and regular follow-up. The three children were discharged with control of the disease within 7-10 days and no relapse occurred.
