54例口服咪达唑仑镇静下行口腔治疗患儿的护理

摘　　要：总结54例口服咪达唑仑镇静下行口腔治疗患儿的护理,对治疗前的护理准备、治疗中的护理、治疗后的观察及出院指导进行详细介绍。52例患儿顺利完成了预定的治疗,2例因镇静效果不理想改行全身麻醉下治疗。认为儿童口服咪达唑仑镇静可减轻或消除其对口腔治疗的恐惧感,从而使口腔治疗顺利进行,而细致的护理配合是缩短治疗时间、保证患儿安全的必要措施。This article introduces the pre-therapeutic preparation,nursing care during treatment,post-therapeutic observation and discharged education according to the experiences from nursing care of 54 children undergoing dentistry treatment while given oral midazolam sedation. Among the 54 children,52 cases finished the treatment. Two cases didn＇t achieve good sedation effect and changed to general anesthesia. It is suggested that oral midazolam during dentistry treatment can relieve the children＇s fear and facilitate the treatment to be done smoothly,and careful nursing cooperation is important to shorten treatment duration and ensure safety.
