摘　　要：当前我国高校科技成果转化过程中仍存在着许多方面的制约因素,基于政府角度来看主要表现在政策环境、资金投入、服务体系以及人才培养等方面,在分析这些问题的基础上,对进一步提升政府作用,促进高校科技成果转化提出几点建议和对策。Nowadays, university technology transfer in our nation is still constrained by various factors. Major problems that governments shall be responsible for are ： the policy environment, investment, service system and the cultivation of talents, etc. This paper, based on the analysis of these problems, puts forward some suggestions and adviees for promoting the role of government in accelerating university technology transfer.
