摘　　要：基于问题的模糊不确定性,运用模糊AHP模型对产业集群内部风险进行识别和定量测度,并以某一具体产业集群为例,以说明该模型的有效性、可靠性和实用性为企业和政府进行产业决策提供一种新思路和新方法。The article does internal risk identification and quantitative measurement of industrial cluster based on the problem of fuzzy uncertainty. Then the article takes a particular industry cluster as an example to illustrate the model＇s validity, reliability and practicality. It has a more important theoretical and practical value beeause the research provides a new thinking for business and government to do decision - making of industry.
