摘  要:以苜邦9KF-8042型方草捆压捆机为研究对象,采用SOLIDWORKS建立D型打结器及其辅助机构的3D装配模型,导入ADAMS软件后对其动作过程进行运动学仿真,得到了捆扎打结过程各机构的运动学特性曲线,分析了各机构的运动特性,确定了机构各构件的耦合动作时序关系,可以为D型打结器及其辅助机构的工程反求和优化设计提供参考。The Mubang 9KF-8042 baler for square straw bale was chosen as research object in this paper. 313 assemble model of D-knotter and its ancillary meehanisms was firstly buit up by using SOLIDWORKS software, and imported to ADAMS software for its kinematics simulation of enlacing and knotting process. The kinematic characteristic curves of D-knotter and its ancillary mechanisms were gained and analyzed during the process of enlaeing and knotting. And then, coupling relationship of motion time series of each functional component was determined. It provides a reference for reverse engineering and optimization design of D-knotter and its ancillary mechanisms.
