摘 要:首先对液力偶合器力矩系数进行理论研究,获得液力偶合器λ_B=h(i,R_e)或λ_B=h(i,n_B)的函数关系,并进一步说明液力偶合器的力矩系数并非仅和滑差有关,而是受到滑差I_i和雷诺数Re(或者转速n_B)的共同影响。然后以J065XR型液力偶合器为例,对流场进行仿真,结合流场仿真结果,归纳总结力矩系数λ_B与转速n_B的规律,对λ_B提出一套与n_B相关的修正系数,并进行了试验验证。进一步提高了对液力偶合器特性的认识,这对提高液力偶合器的设计和控制精度具有指导作用和实用价值。The torque coeffi(ient λB of fluid coupling was first analyzed in theory, and the relationship between λB and the Reynolds number Re or the rotational speed ne =f(i,Re) or λB=f( i, nB)was investigated. λB is influenced not only by the slip,but also by Re (or nB ). Then, the flow field of JO65XR fluid coupling was simulated. Combined with the flow simulation results, the relationship between λB and nB was obtained. A series of correction factors for λB emwesponding to nB were proposed based on the simulation. Experiments showed that the coulping torque calculated with the corrected λB agrees more with the experimental result. The paper further improves understanding of the characteristics of fluid coupling, and has practical significance in increasing the design aeeuraey and eontrol preeisinn of fluid coupling.
