HPLC法同时测定抗骨增生片中麦角甾苷﹑柚皮苷和淫羊藿苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定抗骨增生片中麦角甾苷﹑柚皮苷和淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-体积分数为0.08%的磷酸水溶液-四氢呋喃(体积比为10∶90∶22),流速:1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长:270 nm,柱温:35℃。结果麦角甾苷质量浓度在26.0～260.0 mg·L-1内、柚皮苷质量浓度在3.0～30.0 mg·L-1内、淫羊藿苷质量浓度在4.3～43.0 mg·L-1内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999 80、.999 7和0.999 9,平均回收率分别为98.5%﹑98.8%和99.2%。结论本方法可作为抗骨增生片的质量控制方法之一。Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of acteoside, naringin and icariine in Kangguzengsheng（ traditional Chinese medicine）tablets. Methods The chromatographic separation was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column（200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile-0.08% phosphoric acid-tetrahydrofuran （ V： V： V = 10： 90：22 ）as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL-min^- 1 and column temperature was 35℃. The detection was set at the wavelength of 270 rim. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 26.0- 260.0 rag. L^- 1（ r = 0. 999 8 ）, 3.0- 30. 0 mg. L^-1 （ r = 0. 999 7 ）, 4.3- 43, 0 mg. L^-1 （ r = 0. 999 9 ）, for acteoside, naringin and icariine, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.5% ,98.8% and 99. 2% for acteoside,naringin and icariine,respectively. Conclusions The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Kangguzengsheng tablets.
