摘 要:在半连续大装置上合成了含第三单体间苯二甲酸乙二酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPE)、第四单体聚乙二醇(PEG)的阳离子易染共聚酯(ECDP);采用热失重分析、差示扫描量热法对ECDP的热性能进行了研究,并对ECDP切片干燥和熔融过程的特性粘数降进行了测试。结果表明:随着PEG含量的增加,ECDP的热分解温度下降,玻璃化转变温度相应降低,而冷结晶温度和熔点则受SIPE和PEG的共同影响;随着PEG含量增加,ECDP熔体停留时间对熔体特性粘数降的影响增大;PEG含量高的ECDP应选择相对低的干燥温度和较长的停留时间,以保证干燥切片的质量。A cationic dyeable copolyester(ECDP) was synthesized by adding the third monomer, 5-sodium suflo bis-(hydroxy- ethyl) isophthalate (SIPE), and the fourth monomer, polyethylene glycol (PEG), on a semicontinuous polymerization unit. The thermal properties of ECDP were studied by thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The intrinsic viscos- ity drop of ECDP chip was tested during the drying and melting process. The results showed that the thermal docomposition tem- perature of ECDP was decreased and the glass transition temperature was also decreased accordingly with the addition of PEG; the cold crystallization temperature and melting point were affected by the combination of SIPE and PEG; the residence time had an increasing effect on the intrinsic viscosity drop of ECDP melt while increasing PEG amount; The quality of dried chips could be ensured by selecting relatively low drying temperature and long residence time for ECDP with high PEG content.
