摘  要:目的:了解下呼吸道感染细菌分布及耐药情况,为有效的临床药物治疗提供循证医学证据。方法:对我院2008年1月-2009年5月收治的肺炎、间质性肺炎及肺部感染患者的抗菌药物治疗及药敏资料加以分析。结果:118例患者共检出189株病原菌,主要病原菌有鲍曼不动杆菌23.81%(45株)、肺炎克雷伯菌14.29%(27株)、铜绿假单胞菌20.11%(38株)、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌11.64%(22株)。结论:住院患者下呼吸道感染以革兰阴性杆菌为主且呈多重耐药;抗菌药物使用剂量偏大,而给药频次相对较少;老年人的抗菌药物剂量大多没有根据年龄因素作相应调整。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of bacteria in patients with lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI), and to provide evidence-based medicine reference for effective clinical drug treatment. METHODS: Clinical information of patients with pneumonia, interstitial pneumonia and pulmonary infection about antibiotic treatment and drug-susceptibility in our hospital from Jan. 2008 to May 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: A total of 189 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in 118 patients. The main pathogens were Acinetobacter baumanii of 45 strains(23.81% ),Klebsiella pneumoniae of 27 strains ( 14.29% ), Pseudomonas aeruginosa of 38 strains(20.11% ), MRSA of 22 strains( 11.64% ). CONCLUSION: Gram-negative bacte- ria are mainly responsible for lower respiratory tract infections with multiple drug resistance. Dosage of antibiotics leant to heavy dose while DDDs relatively leant to small. The dose of antibiotics for senile patients wasn't adjusted according to age factor.
